What we collect

When you book a call or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, company, and what you tell us about your operations. Our website uses privacy-first analytics (aggregate page views; no cross-site tracking cookies). Bookings are handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy.

How we use it

To respond to you, prepare for and deliver engagements, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our business (scheduling, email, project tooling), and only as needed.

Client data in engagements

Systems we build for clients may process their business data. That data belongs to the client, is handled under the terms of each engagement, and is never used in our marketing without written consent — case studies use demo data only.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you — email oliver@actxv.ai.
