What started as a single client-portal request through Softr's marketplace became the operating system behind a growing architecture-and-construction firm.

The firm was growing faster than the processes built to run it — the owner had become the operational centre of gravity, and therefore the bottleneck. Client status updates ran on phone calls. Inbound leads arrived into a manual process fielded by an outsourced call-answering service. Contract proposals were assembled by hand.
